I'm a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and spinning instructor with over a decade of experience helping women feel strong, energized, and confident—inside and out. I specialize in supporting busy moms and professional women who are juggling real life while navigating weight struggles, body image, and the changes that come with different life stages.
My own wellness journey started in 2010 when I transformed not just my body, but my mindset and relationship with food and movement. Now, in my 40s and moving through perimenopause myself, I’ve become even more passionate about helping women feel at home in their bodies—no matter what season they’re in.
I believe in progress over perfection, moderation over extremes, and in building habits that feel good and last. I combine fitness, simple nutrition, and mindset coaching to help women feel better, move better, and live with more confidence and energy.
